Grade A NonFat Dry Milk Powder (Low Heat)
To make one cup of the Non-Fat Milk use 3 tablespoons of the Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder mixed with 1 cup of water. To make a quart of the Non-Fat Milk use 1/2 cup of the Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder and 3 1/2 cups of water. For better reconstitution, mix in a blender or with a wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate after making.
